CANCELLATION POLICY |

Please take into consideration that in the case of cancellation or changing the reservation dates, the guest \ company must inform the Customer Service Department in written form. In order to avoid the cancellation charge the guest\company must inform the Customer Service Department minimum 2 days earlier before 14:00 1) If the guest made reservatin for more than one day and wants to cancel the reservation of the remaining days during check in, he must inform the Customer Service 12 hours in advance 2) If the guest refuses to stay in the hotel the moment he comes he pay no fee If the guest stayed in the hotel during 12:00 – 18:00 he pays 50% of the reservation fee 3) If the guest do not check in after reservation and have not informed the Customer Service during 2 days , the hotel has a right to take 30% of the total amount |
