5. Cancellation policy

Please take into consideration that the Guest/Company must notify Customer Service representatives of Noah's Ark hotel in writing if he/she wishes to cancel the reservation, change dates or switch from one date to another. The notifications must be done at least 2 (two) business days in advance till 02:00 P.M. in order to avoid paying cancellation fee. Cancellation fee equals 30% of the reservation fee.
